TOPdesk is a young, international and enterprizing software and consultancy company. We're young - the average age of our employees is 28. We're international - we deliver our products and services to customers in 34 different countries, who we support from our offices in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Hungary. We're enterprising - we're always looking for opportunities to develop, start up new projects and learn new things.

We all share an inquisitive and optimistic outlook, an interest in technology and a hunger for knowledge. We aren't concerned with status and hierarchy.

TOPdesk is home to approximately 330 educated employees, from a range of different backgrounds. We do not select people based on their educational background; we believe that with a dose of intelligence, an affinity with the subject matter and the right attitude, anyone can be successful. Our core activities

At TOPdesk, we enjoy the challenge of doing everything ourselves. From software development, technological innovation and customer support, to sales, marketing, communication and design. We've helped over 3000 organizations to automate their services, including, for instance IT, HR and facilities departments that use our application to support their colleagues and customers, but also organizations that provide services to external clients, such as customer service and municipalities that support citizens.

We don't subcontract any of our work, simply because we enjoy doing it ourselves. Part of the challenge lies in daring to experiment and learning from that. Having the freedom to do this is very important part of this. At TOPdesk, everyone is given room for development and as much freedom as necessary in order to develop. We're open to one another's ideas and input. Hierarchy plays no role in this. Decisiveness and perseverance do.
