Reservations management
The Reservations management module provides you with insight into the availability, planning, expenses, agreements and responsibilities of company assets to be leased. This concerns all available objects from Configuration management including hardware, software, network components, telephone systems and inventory, as well as locations (meeting rooms, parking spaces etc.).

Reserving and leasing objects
You can make a new reservation from an Object card or Location card via the links that are present in TOPdesk. You can then also check the availability of the requested objects. You can indicate the duration and agreements for the reservation and lease of an object. Objects can be reserved for a certain period.

Overviews
In the to-do list employees can see reserved objects and locations, and current contracts. You have a clear overview of the tasks for which action still needs to be undertaken. Separate overviews also exist for each object, location, lease and reservation for each operator or for instance for each employee.

Links
The Reservations module is integrated with Configuration management and Property management or Branch management. Via this link you can directly create a new reservation from a Location card or Object card. You know exactly which assets are leased, how often, by whom and for how much. Moreover you can indicate which objects and location are available at certain periods.
