All users of our software can make use of the TOPdesk Extranet. The Extranet makes communicating with us even easier:

  • Quickly log incidents regarding our software.
  • Resolve common problems using our FAQ.
  • Update your organization’s details.
  • Exchange files with our Support department.
  • Download the latest TOPdesk patches and updates.

 Accessing the Extranet

To gain access to the Extranet, you need a user name and password. If you already have these, you can log in to the Extranet now. Are you a TOPdesk user but do not yet have a user name and password? Then please contact us now.
