TOPdesk is a young, international and very enterprising software and consultancy company. We're young, as the average age of our employees is 28; we're international because we're providing our products and services to customers in 34 different countries, who we support from offices in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium; and we're enterprising, as we are continually looking to develop ourselves, starting up new projects and learning new things.

What we share is a curious and optimistic outlook, an interest in technology and a hunger for knowledge. We don't stand on status and hierarchy.

TOPdesk is the home of about 250 highly educated employees, coming from different kinds of educational backgrounds. We do not select people based on their studies; we believe that a dose of intelligence, affinity with the subject and the right attitude can make a successful career. Our core activities

We like to do everything ourselves. From developing software, technological innovation and customer support, to sales, marketing, communication and design. We've helped over 3000 organisations to automate their services. This concerns for example IT, HR and facilities departments that use our application daily to support their colleagues, but also organisations that provide services to external clients, such as customer service and municipalities that support their citizens.

The reason we do everything ourselves is simply because we enjoy our work. So why subcontract that? Part of our work enjoyment is in daring to experiment and learning from that. Being given the freedom to do this is very important. At TOPdesk there is room for development. Our colleagues experience a freedom in their job, as we are open for everybody's ideas and input. Hierarchy plays no role in this. Decisiveness and perseverance do.
