Module in focus: Reservations management

Consider the following scenarios - you may have experienced something similar at some point. You have an appointment with a customer or organisation and you just can’t find a parking space for you car. It takes you thirty minutes to find an unoccupied meeting room and the projector doesn’t do a thing, no matter how many buttons you push. On top of everything, your coffee has gone cold. Sounds over-the-top? Perhaps, but things like these can happen to all of us. While they don’t have to.

Know what to expect

Wouldn’t it be ideal to know which reservations have been made for a certain day? Wouldn’t it be great to have a long-term overview of when exactly rooms are available and to be able to make reservations of all the facilities you need for your meeting? To know exactly which employee has reserved which object and what costs are linked to this reservation? And even more importantly: wouldn’t it be perfect to be able to do all of this - efficiently - in your familiar TOPdesk environment?

This is now possible. Using Reservations management for TOPdesk Enterprise, you guarantee the availability, monitoring, security and quality of reserved objects and locations. The module enables you to thoroughly configure the reservations process within your organisation. It’s up to you to decide which facilities can be reserved and by whom, when reservations can be made, which additional services are made available and what costs are linked to certain objects.

Overview

You can make detailed arrangements regarding reservations within your organisation. The built-in planner offers a complete overview of all reservations for a certain period, thereby always providing an optimal overview. The module has a streamlined design and contains all the functionalities you need to manage your reservations. What’s more, it is very user-friendly.
