New version of TOPdesk Enterprise

A new version of TOPdesk Enterprise has been released. To this 4.0.9 version, major incidents have been added and the Operations management module is now available (bèta-version). It is now possible to show multiple changes or projects in one Gantt chart and reservations can now be made recurrent. This last option is useful when a reservation needs to be reserved on a weekly basis for example.

Major incidents have been added to the Incident management module. A Major incident is an incident with a particular status, for example with a high impact or urgency. The purpose of Major incidents is to enable you to register incidents in less time when for instance a malfunction occurs that affects many users. New incidents will then be automatically linked to the Major incident.

Small maintenance tasks, repairs or cleaning services can be managed using the Operations management module. Such tasks can be planned or scheduled on a one-off or recurring basis. These tasks can be further divided among various parties using work orders. The individual or party can carry out their particular (share of the) task. A time can be written on the tasks that have been carried out, which can then be registered in an invoice for example. Operations management is linked with the Asset management and Property management modules.
