TOPdesk ranks third in employee satisfaction survey

Delft, November 9th 2006 – TOPdesk’s employees are highly contented with their employer. This is the result of the annual survey conducted by the Dutch magazine Intermediair on ‘Best employer’ and ‘Job satisfaction’. The supplier of service management software ranks third in the survey on job satisfaction. On average, TOPdesk’s employees rate their job satisfaction at almost an 8 out of 10 and the organisation receives an average 8.4 for job content, 8.2 for job flexibility and 8.8 for work atmosphere.

The survey of job satisfaction was conducted by SatisAction. Employees from fifty organisations with over a hundred staff members were queried on job content, work atmosphere, work pressure, career opportunities, job flexibility and job satisfaction.

Wendy van Slooten of human resources at TOPdesk is pleased with the result. “I’m sincerely glad that Intermediair chose this line of approach for its survey, since the content of the contract is not the only factor in how an employee appreciates his job. Enjoying your work, fun colleagues and an open corporate culture are factors at least as important. We at TOPdesk already know how much fun it is to work here, but we’re proud to find it confirmed by this survey.”
