TOPdesk wins another Top Tools award

TOPdesk has won a Top Tools award for the third year running. TOPdesk earned second place for its contribution to transparency in IT within organisations on the Dutch market. This was revealed in the Top Tools Investigation 2006, according to 633 users who were asked to give impressions regarding managements tools.

The results of the yearly Top Tools investigation were revealed during the 4th Tooling Event, which took place this year on 15th November in the World Trade Centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The theme of the investigation this year, carried out by Marqit, was transparency. The areas investigated were: Service Level Agreements, Infrastructure, Assets, Changes, Incidents and ICT costs.
