Security

We do not compromise the security of your data. The hardware is comprised of quality brands such as Dell and Cisco and is monitored twenty-four hours a day. All equipment is stored in the modern data centre Evoswitch in Haarlem, and the back-ups are stored in a second data centre, Easynet in Schiphol-Rijk, both in the Netherlands.

Standby servers are always available. When one server breaks down, the standby server will immediately take over. If desired, it is also possible to periodically store a backup of your data on your own servers. The connection is established via Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This is a technology that is used by many organizations including banks for online banking. For transferring data via a direct link, we use VPN – a virtual tunnel between your company network and our servers. If you’re interested, we can also arrange for you to visit the data centre where your data is stored.
