Branch management

Does your organisation consist of different branches? Using the Branch management module you can set up TOPdesk for all branches and locations of your organisation.

 


Central service desk

Using the Branch module you can register calls from different branches at your central service desk. Every branch has its own Branch card on which you can manage the locations of the branch. When registering a call the branch and location data of the person will be directly linked to the call.

Overview of branches, persons and assets

TOPdesk Branch Management

In the Branch module you have an overview of all (subsdiary) branches and locations. Via the link with other TOPdesk modules you know exactly who is working at which branch. As a person belongs to a certain branch, his or her call will be automatically linked to that branch. You then know which assets are located where. You can always see at which branch and location your assets can be found.

 

 

 

 

 

Reports

Reports

Extensive reports provide a clear insight into the activites of the various branches. You know for example exactly which calls and how many are made by each branch. Moreover every Branch card contains a list of incidents logged by the employees of this branch.
