Structure in projects
A large number of data need to be registered for a project. Using the Project management module it is possible to register your projects in a structured manner. You choose which data you wish to register. You can also determine the extent to which the projects should be divided up; projects can be divided up into phases containing an unlimited number of activities. Within these activities, smaller components of a large projects are handled separately.
What can you do with the Project management module?
- Clear structure of scheduling of projects by means of phases and activities
- Overview of who needs to carry out which phase or activity and when
- Estimation of the time taken and expenses
- Graphic planning card containing an overview of current projects
- Easily link documents and meetings to projects
- Create extensive reports
- Planning and inspection of time taken and expenses
Planning and responsibility
For
every activity within the project you can enter the duration and
appoint the various responsibilities. It is then clear who is
responsible for which part of the project and when the project is
expected to be completed. Every participant in a project always has an
overview of which activities have been assigned to him or her, via a
to-do list. |

Gantt chart
The Project management module offers a graphic representation of your projects, in which you can acquire a clear overview of all phases within the project with the relevant planning. Within this graphic overview, dependencies between activities are indicated, for example, phase 1b cannot begin before phase 1a is completed.
Reports
Using extensive reports you can gain insight into all your projects. You can report on many different criteria: for example which projects have not yet been completed, how much time remains for a project, what the duration time of all your projects is, the time and costs that have been spent, the type of projects, etc. All projects can be easily and extensively analysed.
