No, TOPdesk lite offers your service desk the fundamental processes of Call Management and Asset Management, which also enables you to support B2B customers of Facilities Management. If you are looking for a more extensive tool to support your customers, then we recommend TOPdesk Professional or TOPdesk Enterprise. 

Which software is most suitable for my organization - TOPdesk lite or TOPdesk Professional?

Ultimately, that depends on your requirements. TOPdesk lite is suitable for smaller organizations or organizations that have uncomplicated requirements. If you are someone who needs more – more options, more features – then TOPdesk Professional is the way forward. TOPdesk Professional provides you with all the basics of TOPdesk lite but also contains all the extras that a more complex organization requires. To name a few: partial incidents, operator groups, key words, extensive overviews and reporting possibilities.

How is the TOPdesk lite license built up?

If you decide to purchase TOPdesk lite, you will pay a one-off licence fee which allows your service desk operators to use the software. The service desk employees must however use one database, on one server. The TOPdesk licence is based on the number of people you support.
