You will use your analytical skills to help organizations improve the quality of service management by translating their requirements into our solutions. If you are customer focused and self motivated, you are welcome to join our team.
As a consultant, you will be visiting customers to improve processes and implement TOPdesk. TOPdesk consultants work side-by-side with the customer and use their expertise to set up the software to perfectly meet their needs. You will visit and interact with clients from a variety of industries.
You like to challenge your knowledge and work independently. In this job you help our clients to make solid decisions in their steps to improve service management. You will receive the necessary sales training, after which you can assume responsibility for your own workload and projects.
