The Service Desk Institute is hosting a customer-centricity focussed virtual event exclusively for members on Tuesday 7th July 2020.
The event will delve into how creating a customer-centric culture within service delivery can drive continual service improvement.
Head of UK Consultancy at TOPdesk, Sumit De, will be kicking off the SDI event with his talk on putting the customer first.
Sumit said: “I will be discussing how having the customer at the heart of what you do is desired by organisations all over the world, but doing so is easier said than done. The most effective approach is simpler than you may think and I’ll be sharing some things you can start doing today!”
