SDI ITSM Live Tools Demo Day

TOPdesk UK are presenting at SDI’s ITSM Tools Live Demo Day on Wednesday 5th February 2020 in London. The first tools event of the year will have a slight twist as each vendor’s demonstration will focus on automation capabilities. TOPdesk, similar to many ITSM providers, predicted that automation would be one of 2020’s biggest trends.  SDI are therefore giving service desk’s the opportunity to see an overview of each vendors automation offering.
