TOPdesk UK have announced that they are sponsoring this year’s SDI Conference at Hilton Birmingham Metropole, Birmingham.  The event, which takes place from 16th to 18th March 2020, brings together IT service professionals from over 20 countries and various industries.  Alongside their sponsorship, TOPdesk customer Danny Gibson, Infrastructure and Support Officer at Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, will feature as a speaker during the event.  The vendor will also be exhibiting at Gold 13 across the three days.  SDI have billed this year’s conference as an opportunity for delegates to discover new ideas and best practice knowledge to help solve their organisation’s latest IT service challenges.  To join TOPdesk at the event, sign up now.
