Tune into our internal session with TOPdesk head consultant Ben Scavuzzo. During this informational presentation, you will learn about some real-life examples of automation currently in use at TOPdesk for our customers. We will explain how the automation works and why it is useful. Then we will provide links or downloads for reproducing it at your organization.  At the end of the presentation, you will have some inspiration in your mind and some practical templates in hand.

During this workshop, we will be taking a look at how to build different action sequences using our TOPdesk API. Step by Step we will go through the process of how to determine which method we are going to use, which tells TOPdesk what to do with those resources. These methods include Get, Put, Post, Patch, and Delete. Then once we have determined our method, we will determine our endpoint. By the end of this workshop, you will have the tools you need to create your own Action Sequences in TOPdesk.
