N\u00e5r vi taler om Asset Management, s\u00e5 betyder det helt grundl\u00e6ggende den m\u00e5de, som du forvalter og styrer assets p\u00e5 i din organisation. Assets kan v\u00e6re alt fra PC\u2019er og softwarelicenser til v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j og ventilationsanl\u00e6g.<\/p>\n<p>Asset Management hj\u00e6lper dig alts\u00e5 med at styre dine assets livscyklus samt holder dem operationelle. Dertil giver det dig bl.a. et overblik over ejerforhold, garantiforhold, indk\u00f8bspriser og placering.<\/p>\n<p>Og du kan med fordel lade dit Asset Management samarbejde med andre afdelinger eller dele af din organisation. For eksempel; i sammenspil med Incident Management kan Asset Management anvendes til at levere en fejlhistorik p\u00e5 dine assets &#8211; og med Operation Management kan du holde styr p\u00e5 periodiske eftersyn og vedligehold.<\/p>\n<p>Smart, ikke? Men hvordan kommer du bedst muligt fra start?<\/p>\n<h2>Klar, parat, start!<\/h2>\n<p>Den nemmeste m\u00e5de, at komme i gang med Asset Management, er, hvis du i forvejen anvender Konfigurationsh\u00e5ndtering i dit ITSM-tool. Her kan du nemlig bruge det indbyggede migreringsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j, som kan hj\u00e6lpe dig med at flytte dine assets over i dit Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du derimod starter helt fra bunden, skal du f\u00f8rst lave en asset-skabelon med de widgets og felter, som du har brug for. Eksempelvis skal en PC-skabelon indeholde al relevant data om organisationens PC\u2019ere. De fleste v\u00e6lger at inds\u00e6tte felter som PC-navn, person\/ejer og leverand\u00f8r. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kan brugerne selv v\u00e6lge deres egen PC, n\u00e5r de henvender sig gennem Serviceportalen. Derefter kan servicedesken kigge p\u00e5 den p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende assets leverand\u00f8r for at unders\u00f8ge, hvor mange henvendelser de har f\u00e5et p\u00e5 assets leveret af denne leverand\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p>Husk p\u00e5, at selvom du har f\u00e5et opbygget nogle gode skabeloner og for alvor har fundet en god rytme, kan du altid lave \u00e6ndringer i dit Asset Management. Hvis dit databehov for eksempel \u00e6ndrer sig, kan du nemt tilf\u00f8je eller fjerne felter i dine asset-skabeloner, selv i produktionssystemet.<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00e5dan kan du anvende Asset Management i din organisation<\/h2>\n<p>Hvis du arbejder i en IT-organisation, vil du typisk have assets som PC\u2019ere, mobiltelefoner og printere. Ved hj\u00e6lp af dit Asset Management kan du derigennem holde styr p\u00e5, hvem der \u2019ejer\u2019 de forskellige assets samt hvor f\u00e6llesprinterne befinder sig.<\/p>\n<p>Disse assets oprettes, n\u00e5r de bliver indk\u00f8bt \u2013 og de kan skifte ejer eller placering flere gange, indtil de skal udskiftes. Andre typer af assets, der har en l\u00e6ngere levetid, kan eksempelvis v\u00e6re ventilationsanl\u00e6g eller elevatorer. Begge assets skal have udf\u00f8rt lovpligtige eftersyn med faste intervaller. Her kan du bruge dit Asset Management til at give dig et bedre overblik over disse assets og eventuelle fejl, der skal udbedres. Det kunne ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re ting til udl\u00e5ns, heriblandt kameraer, PC\u2019ere og cykler, hvor du har brug for at vide, hvem der l\u00e5nte hvad og hvorn\u00e5r. Dit Asset Management kan selv sende en e-mail og bede om at f\u00e5 det returneret, n\u00e5r det har v\u00e6ret udl\u00e5nt i en bestemt periode.<\/p>\n<h2>3 tips til at opbygge et godt Asset Management<\/h2>\n<p>Okay, du har nu f\u00e5et et indspark til, hvordan du kan komme i gang samt hvordan du kan anvende Asset Management i din organisation &#8211; men hvad skal du have in mente, hvis du \u00f8nsker at f\u00e5 succes med dit Asset Management? Der er selvf\u00f8lgelig flere ting, som spiller ind, men vi giver dig hermed mine tre tips til opbygningen af et godt Asset Management;<\/p>\n<h3>Keep it simple<\/h3>\n<p>Du skal for det f\u00f8rste v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, hvem der skal bruge disse data. Er det kun servicedesken? S\u00e5 har de m\u00e5ske kun brug for at kunne finde data p\u00e5 de mest n\u00f8dvendige ting som for eksempel; leverand\u00f8r af serviceaftaler eller en IP-adresse, hvis de skal fjernovertage en PC. Mere data betyder nemlig mere vedligehold.<\/p>\n<h3>Automatisering af importer s\u00f8rger for, at dine data altid er ajour<\/h3>\n<p>P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de sparer du b\u00e5de tid og ressourcer, og dine medarbejdere kan i stedet fokusere p\u00e5 andre opgaver.<\/p>\n<h3>Brug rettigheder til at styre at du kun ser de assets, der har relevans for dig<\/h3>\n<p>P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kan flere afdelinger deles om Asset Management, uden at de forskellige assets spolerer det fulde overblik.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00e5 mest muligt ud af dit Asset Management<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e5r du begynder at anvende Asset Management, er der flere forskellige ting, som du kan g\u00f8re for at f\u00e5 det mest mulige ud af dit Asset Management. Du kan for det f\u00f8rste f\u00e5 indf\u00f8rt nogle best practices s\u00e5som; genbrug dine asset-felter samt undg\u00e5 at have et felt til indk\u00f8bspriser og et andet der hedder k\u00f8bspris, da der med tiden kommer for mange dubletter &#8211; og det kan derfor blive sv\u00e6rt at bevare overblikket. Det samme g\u00e6lder skabelonerne. Det giver sj\u00e6ldent mening at have b\u00e5de PC\u2019ere, computere og desktops. Du skal i stedet samle dem i \u00e9n asset-type.<\/p>\n<p>Dern\u00e6st er det en god id\u00e9 at udnytte de mange muligheder for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/blog\/optimer-din-servicelevering-med-automatiseringer\/\">automatiseringer<\/a>. Det dynamiske API, der tilpasser sig i realtime til de felter, du v\u00e6lger at tilf\u00f8je til dine asset-skabeloner, giver rig mulighed for at kunne manipulere data via automatiseringer. Derudover kan du g\u00f8re brug af automatiserede e-mails, API-kald og dokumenter.
