Men det har ogs\u00e5 medf\u00f8rt en del sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>3 fordele ved AI i ITSM<\/h2>\n<p>Hvis du implementerer en AI-l\u00f8sning, betyder det s\u00e5, at medarbejderne i servicedesken i fremtiden bliver overfl\u00f8dige? Svaret er nej. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/blog\/derfor-vil-mennesker-aldrig-blive-erstattet-af-maskiner\/\">AI<\/a> kommer ikke til at erstatte medarbejderne i servicedesken \u2013 i stedet skal AI bl.a. ses som en god \u2019samarbejdspartner\u2019, der kan v\u00e6re med til at lette arbejdsbyrden i servicedesken.<\/p>\n<p>Men hvordan kan AI v\u00e6re med til at optimere arbejdet i servicedesken? Det kan du f\u00e5 svar p\u00e5 nedenfor, hvor vi giver dig tre gode grunde til at anvende AI i servicedesken:<\/p>\n<h3>1. AI g\u00f8r kunderne mere selvhjulpne<\/h3>\n<p>Du har sikkert allerede h\u00f8rt om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/blog\/shift-left-i-itsm\/\">shift left-metoden<\/a>, der hj\u00e6lper dine kunder med at blive mere selvhjulpne.
