Og hvilke personlige egenskaber skal din organisation se efter hos potentielle kandidater?<\/p>\n<p>Kunne en eksisterende manager fra en af serviceafdelingerne, der nu er en del af organisationen for shared services, f.eks. p\u00e5tage sig den nye rolle? Dette kan omfatte medarbejdere fra HR, facility, \u00f8konomi, IT, indk\u00f8b, sikkerhed og andre forretningsfunktioner, der betjener hele organisationen. Forventningsafstemmelse hos vigtige forretningsinteressenter<\/h3>\n<p>En shared service manager skal s\u00f8rge for, at de services, som organisationen med shared services leverer, er i tr\u00e5d med en r\u00e6kke vigtige forretningsinteressenters forventninger. Den rette ledelse opfordrer medarbejderne til at v\u00e6re de bedste versioner af dem selv &#8211; ikke kun med hensyn til den daglige produktivitet, men ogs\u00e5 n\u00e5r det kommer til deres personlige udvikling.<\/p>\n<p>En shared service manager skal lede og styre deres teams og er ansvarlig for medarbejdernes fastholdelse og rekruttering. Vedkommende s\u00e6tter tonen for alle teams og skaber et arbejdsmilj\u00f8, der tiltr\u00e6kker og fremmer medarbejdere af h\u00f8jeste kaliber.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Sikring af effektiviteten af den daglige drift<\/h3>\n<p>Hvad er m\u00e5let, n\u00e5r du samler forskellige funktioner i en shared service-model? At levere services af h\u00f8jere kvalitet og bedre v\u00e6rdi. Derfor har du brug for nogen til at finde den optimale blanding af dygtige medarbejdere, best practices-processer og teknologier, der im\u00f8dekommer de forskellige vigtige forretningsinteressenters behov. Levere effektiv \u00f8konomisk forvaltning og demonstrere v\u00e6rdiskabelse<\/h3>\n<p>Dette kan virke som et &#8220;kedeligt&#8221; ansvar, der skal overlades til corporate finance-funktionen. Men vi har alle et ansvar for effektiv \u00f8konomisk forvaltning &#8211; uanset vores rolle, eller om vi har direkte kontrol over &#8211; eller ansvar for &#8211; et budget.<\/p>\n<p>En shared service manager har en eller anden form for budgetansvar. Men i moderne organisationer er der ogs\u00e5 behov for at se ud over omkostningerne for at se v\u00e6rdiperspektivet. Den billigste l\u00f8sning er ikke altid den bedste, og investeringsafkastet er vigtigt for alle udgiftsbeslutninger, ikke kun for CAPEX-projekter.<\/p>\n<h3>7.
