Og de vil gerne hj\u00e6lpe it-organisationerne med at v\u00e6lge de rigtige tools, rammev\u00e6rk og best practices.<\/p>\n<h2>Okay, hvad er det s\u00e5 helt pr\u00e6cist?<\/h2>\n<p>VeriSM st\u00e5r for Value-driven, Evolving, Responsive, Integrated Service Management. Det er ikke et nyt rammev\u00e6rk, men snarere en ny m\u00e5de at h\u00e5ndtere eksisterende rammev\u00e6rk p\u00e5. Derfor er det f.eks. ikke en konkurrent til ITIL og DevOps.<\/p>\n<p>VeriSM er baseret p\u00e5 to vigtige principper:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hver virksomhed er en serviceudbyder. Organisering eller forbedring af dine services er en f\u00e6lles opgave for hele organisationen. Din it- eller facility-afdeling skal ikke klare det alene.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e6r fleksibel. Lad dine teams g\u00f8re det, der fungerer bedst for dem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Hvordan anvender du VeriSM?<\/h2>\n<p>VeriSM tilbyder (endnu) ikke en trinvis vejledning til implementeringen. N\u00e5r du g\u00f8r det rigtigt, matcher dine vejledende principper virksomhedens m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333\">Lav din egen management-matrix<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>For hvert team, skal du v\u00e6lge de bedste ressourcer, de nyeste teknologier og de optimale management practices, der hj\u00e6lper dig med at levere din service p\u00e5 den rigtige m\u00e5de. Ideen om, at du skal samarbejde med andre afdelinger for at skabe de bedste services, er en udvidelse af begrebet Enterprise Service Management, ogs\u00e5 kendt som Shared Service Management. Ideerne bag den kundefokuserede tilgang og it-styring er heller ikke nye, og VeriSM-modellen til designet af dine services (Define, Produce, Provide, Respond) ligner &#8216;Plan Do Act Check&#8217; fra Demings cirkel.<\/p>\n<p>VeriSMs vigtigste innovation er tanken om, at du skal lave vejledende principper for dine services. Det ligner lidt de <a href=\"https:\/\/agilemanifesto.org\/\">fire agile v\u00e6rdier<\/a>, men den st\u00f8rste forskel er, at det ikke begr\u00e6nser dig, n\u00e5r det handler om at beslutte, hvilke principper du skal f\u00f8lge. Den beslutning overlader man til hver enkelt organisation. Og de principper, du v\u00e6lger, underst\u00f8tter de services, du udvikler.<\/p>\n<h2>Har det en fremtid?<\/h2>\n<p>Pt. er det sv\u00e6rt at sige, om VeriSM har en fremtid. De vejledende principper for dine services er et interessant koncept, og den pragmatiske tilgang &#8211; brug de ressourcer, der virker for dig &#8211; er ogs\u00e5 fornuftig. Is\u00e6r f\u00f8r ITIL 4, var det en forfriskende, mere agil m\u00e5de at implementere best practices p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>I starten var VeriSMs st\u00f8rste udfordring, at der endnu ikke fandtes nogen eksempler fra den virkelige verden. Det var bare en teori, og der var intet bevis for, at den faktisk fungerede. Claire Agutter, chefarkitekten hos VeriSM, anerkendte ogs\u00e5 udfordringen.
