Hvordan h\u00e6nger det sammen med service management? Og hvad med forholdet til ITIL?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>1. Hvad er agilt arbejde?<\/h2>\n<p>Kort sagt er <a href=\"http:\/\/agilemanifesto.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">agile en tilgang inden for softwareudvikling<\/a>, som hj\u00e6lper teams med at v\u00e6re mere fleksible og levere kundev\u00e6rdi hurtigere. Men vigtigst af alt er agile en tankegang.<\/p>\n<p>Den agile tankegang svarer til en jaguars tankegang: dens instinkt er at overleve. Og for at overleve skal en jaguar v\u00e6re agil nok til at kunne reagere hurtigt p\u00e5 byttets bev\u00e6gelser.<\/p>\n<p>For organisationer er det lige s\u00e5 vigtigt at v\u00e6re agile &#8211; is\u00e6r nu, i en tid med digital transformation. Organisationer skal v\u00e6re fleksible nok til hurtigt at kunne reagere p\u00e5 moderne teknologier og kundernes stadigt skiftende krav.<\/p>\n<p>Selv om agilt arbejde har sin oprindelse i softwareudvikling, kan tankegangen anvendes p\u00e5 alle omr\u00e5der.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Hvad er fordelene ved arbejde agilt?<\/h2>\n<p>Hoved\u00e5rsagen til, at agilt arbejde blev indf\u00f8rt inden for softwareudvikling, var at g\u00f8re store organisationer mere fleksible.<\/p>\n<p>For mindre organisationer er det forholdsvis nemt at reagere hurtigt og opfylde kundernes behov. Men store virksomheder er typisk meget mindre fleksible. Det g\u00f8r organisationer fleksible, reducerer svartider og fokuserer p\u00e5 kundev\u00e6rdi snarere end p\u00e5 hierarki.<\/p>\n<p>Desuden giver agilt arbejde medarbejderne mere magt: Magten til at tage initiativ ligger ikke hos lederen, men hos eksperterne. I et agilt arbejdsmilj\u00f8 \u00f8nsker man, at medarbejderne skal dele viden, handle p\u00e5 kreative id\u00e9er og komme med l\u00f8sninger &#8211; og ikke bare f\u00f8lge ordrer.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Hvad er Agile Service Management?<\/h2>\n<p>Agile Service Management betyder grundl\u00e6ggende at anvende den agile tankegang inden for IT Service Management. Intet mere, intet mindre. For at f\u00e5 det til at fungere skal de oprindelige fire agile v\u00e6rdier blot justeres \u00e9n gang. Med Agile Service Management fokuserer du p\u00e5 dine services i stedet for softwaren:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mennesker og interaktioner frem for processer og v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fungerende software services frem for omfattende dokumentation<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Samarbejde med kunden frem for kontraktforhandlinger<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Reaktioner p\u00e5 \u00e6ndringer frem for at f\u00f8lge en plan<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9en er, at du holder dig til disse principper, n\u00e5r du designer og leverer dine services. Det lyder ligetil. Og det er det p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de ogs\u00e5.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Hvordan fungerer Agile Service Management sammen med ITIL?<\/h2>\n<p>Ved f\u00f8rste \u00f8jekast ser agile og ITIL ud til at v\u00e6re fuldst\u00e6ndig modsatte koncepter. Agile handler om fleksibilitet, og ITIL er en omfattende ramme, der tilbyder vejledning og best practices for alle fem faser af it-servicelivscyklussen. Men det er bestemt muligt at parre Agile Service Management og ITIL. Man skal bare g\u00f8re det rigtigt.<\/p>\n<p>De fleste organisationer er stadig bygget p\u00e5 \u00e6ldre versioner af ITIL, som ikke giver meget fleksibilitet. Ideen bag ITIL var ikke, at organisationer skulle implementere alle aspekter af ITIL til punkt og prikke.
