Dette kaldes en Action Sequence. Action Sequences anvendes typisk til at behandle svar, opdatere oplysninger i TOPdesk og kommunikere med tredjepartsleverand\u00f8rer. Med Action Sequences fjernes banale opgaver fra dit serviceteams to-do-liste og de vil kunne fokusere p\u00e5 at skabe reel v\u00e6rdi for din organisation.
