Men i takt med at teknologien udvikler sig med lynets hast, og kundernes forventninger samtidig stiger, \u00e6ndrer it\u2019s rolle sig. Det samme g\u00f8r de f\u00e6rdigheder, som it-teams skal anvende i organisationerne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>5 v\u00e6rdifulde soft skills for it-afdelingerne<\/h2>\n<p>Det handler ikke kun om at indf\u00f8re den nyeste teknologi. Faktisk viser <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.servicedeskinstitute.com\/FutureofWorklifeReport_SDI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ny forskning fra Service Desk Institute<\/a> (SDI), at de s\u00e5kaldte &#8220;soft skils&#8221; (bl\u00f8de f\u00e6rdigheder), s\u00e5som f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig intelligens og kommunikation, bliver mere og mere v\u00e6rdifulde for nutidens it-teams, mens de tidligere efterspurgte tekniske f\u00e6rdigheder bliver mindre relevante.<\/p>\n<p>Det skyldes at teknologien nu \u00e6ndrer sig med en s\u00e5dan hastighed, at tekniske f\u00e6rdigheder hurtigt kan blive for\u00e6ldede &#8211; og sandsynligvis ikke vil bevare v\u00e6rdien p\u00e5 lang sigt. Og i takt med, at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/blog\/fremtidens-servicedesk\/\/\">kunstig intelligens (AI) <\/a>begynder at \u00e6ndre vores arbejdsm\u00e5derer, er det v\u00e6rd at investere i unikke menneskelige f\u00e6rdigheder, der ikke kan kopieres af maskiner.<\/p>\n<p>Med dette i tankerne vil vi her pr\u00e6sentere dig for fem soft skills, som it-afdelingerne har brug for:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Kommunikation<\/h3>\n<p>Selvf\u00f8lgelig skal dine servicedesk-medarbejdere have det rette tekniske knowhow for at forst\u00e5 en kundes problem og hj\u00e6lpe dem med at finde den l\u00f8sning, de har brug for. Men at v\u00e6re i stand til effektivt at kommunikere denne l\u00f8sning til dem, er en helt anden kompetence. Find derfor it-professionelle med st\u00e6rke kommunikativeevner.<\/p>\n<h3>2. F\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig intelligens<\/h3>\n<p>If\u00f8lge SDI-unders\u00f8gelsen ser 73% af de it-professionelle f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig intelligens som den mest v\u00e6rdifulde f\u00e6rdighed i l\u00f8bet af de n\u00e6ste 2-3 \u00e5r. Og er det s\u00e5 underligt? At arbejde i en servicedesk betyder ofte, at du skal hj\u00e6lpe kunder i stressede, f\u00f8lelsesladede situationer. Ingen \u00f8nsker at blive behandlet som et \u2018nummer\u2019. Hvis du s\u00f8rger for, at dine medarbejdere f\u00f8ler empati og stiller de rigtige sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l for at komme problemet til livs, sparer du ikke bare tid &#8211; det giver ogs\u00e5 en meget bedre kundeoplevelse.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Fejl<\/h3>\n<p>Man kan ikke v\u00e6re innovativ uden at beg\u00e5 fejl. Og det samme g\u00e6lder for servicedesken. Dine medarbejdere skal f\u00f8le, at de kan tage initiativ og fors\u00f8ge at hj\u00e6lpe kunderne uden frygt for at fejle. Skab en tryg virksomhedskultur, hvor det er tilladt at eksperimentere og l\u00e6re af sine fejl. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de er du sikker p\u00e5 at se resultater i det lange l\u00f8b.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Kontinuerlig l\u00e6ring<\/h3>\n<p>Dine medarbejdere b\u00f8r altid l\u00e6re nyt &#8211; uanset om det er deres f\u00f8rste uge p\u00e5 jobbet, eller de har v\u00e6ret en del af teamet i \u00e5revis. Opfordre til &#8211;\u00a0 og faciliter &#8211; l\u00e6rings- og udviklingsmuligheder for dine medarbejdere. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kan du s\u00f8rge for, at medarbejderne dygtigg\u00f8re sig og udnytter deres potentiale til fulde. Og dette kommer selvf\u00f8lglig ogs\u00e5 din organisation til gode i sidste ende.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Agile<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/blog\/hvad-er-agile\/\/\">Agile<\/a> er ikke et buzzword &#8211; det er en tankegang. Hvis det g\u00f8res rigtigt, kan agilt arbejde g\u00f8re din it-afdeling mere fleksibel, reducere svartiderne og i sidste ende skabe mere v\u00e6rdi for dine kunder.
