Sagerne str\u00f8mmer ind, processerne bliver testet, kravene \u00e6ndrer sig og det kan til tider v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at f\u00f8lge med. S\u00e5 hvordan kan du effektivisere dine services?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>5 ting brugerne forventer af servicedesken<\/h2>\n<p>Brugerne stiller h\u00f8jere og h\u00f8jere krav til dine services i takt med at teknologien udvikler sig. Nogle af de vigtigste krav, som jeg oplever fra mine kunder er:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Brugervenlighed<\/h3>\n<p>Dine services skal v\u00e6re nemme at g\u00e5 til og bruge. Hvis du f.eks. tilbyder en serviceportal, hvor dine slutbrugere kan oprette sager, anmode om nyt hardware og finde nyttig viden, vil dine brugere forvente, at du tilbyder en intuitiv brugergr\u00e6nseflade. Det skal v\u00e6re nemt at finde pr\u00e6cis det, som de har brug for.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Hurtige svar- og l\u00f8sningstider<\/h3>\n<p>Servicedesken skal v\u00e6re hurtig til at svare p\u00e5 de indsendte sager \u2013 is\u00e6r hvis det er fejl p\u00e5 kritiske systemer<\/p>\n<h3>3. Mobilvenlighed<\/h3>\n<p>Flere tilg\u00e5r services via deres smartphone, de forventer derfor ogs\u00e5, at dine services er tilg\u00e6ngelige herp\u00e5 &#8211; og ikke mindst er responsiv i deres design.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Tilg\u00e6ngelighed via flere kanaler<\/h3>\n<p>Personlig fremm\u00f8de i en skranke, p\u00e5 telefon, via mail eller en serviceportal (som ogs\u00e5 skal v\u00e6re tilg\u00e6ngelig p\u00e5 mobilen) mulighederne er mange. Dog skal du v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, hvad der fungerer bedst for dig og din afdeling, s\u00e5 I arbejder s\u00e5 effektivt som muligt.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Sikkerhed og privatliv<\/h3>\n<p>Brugere er bekymrede for deres digitale sikkerhed og privatliv. De forventer og har tiltro til, at deres data behandles sikkert og fortroligt.<\/p>\n<h3>Hvad kan du g\u00f8re for at im\u00f8dekomme disse krav?<\/h3>\n<p>Der er mange elementer, der spiller ind, hvis du \u00f8nsker at im\u00f8dekomme brugernes krav til dine services. For det f\u00f8rste er det vigtigt at forst\u00e5 deres behov. F\u00f8rste step er derfor at lave nogle brugerunders\u00f8gelser, hvor du sp\u00f8rger ind til, om de er tilfredse med dine services samt hvad de mangler.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du arbejder med et Single Point Of Contact (SPOC), som f.eks. en serviceportal, er det vigtigt l\u00f8bende at inddrage forskellige typer af brugere i design og opbygning. Jeg oplever nemlig ofte, at serviceafdelinger designer serviceportalen ud fra deres eget behov &#8211; i stedet for at inddrage de brugere, som skal anvende portalen. Det kan medf\u00f8re at serviceportalen ikke lever op til brugernes forventninger.<\/p>\n<p>For at matche krav til svar- og l\u00f8sningstider, kan du l\u00f8bende kigge p\u00e5 dine processer. M\u00e5ske kan du optimere, hvordan I h\u00e5ndterer en onboarding-proces? Sikrer I, at brugeren hele tiden bliver holdt i h\u00e5nden &#8211; og at processen er struktureret s\u00e5ledes at opgaverne samt relationerne imellem dem overskueligg\u00f8res? En anden ting, som er v\u00e6rd at kigge p\u00e5, er automatisering. Er der simple tilbagevendende opgaver, som du med fordel kan automatisere? M\u00e5ske nulstilling af adgangskoder? Eller tildeling af rettigheder?<\/p>\n<p>Det er desuden ogs\u00e5 meget vigtigt, at du forventningsafstemmer med dine slutbrugere og organisationen som helhed, s\u00e5 deres forventninger til svar- og l\u00f8sningstider matcher virkeligheden.<\/p>\n<p>Ift. GDPR skal du s\u00f8rge for at opdatere de produkter I anvender, s\u00e5 de lever op til sikkerhedskravene. Hvis et produkt f.eks. ikke h\u00e5ndtere data p\u00e5 en tilfredsstillende m\u00e5de, kan det v\u00e6re I skal kigge efter andre alternativer.<\/p>\n<h2>3 tips til at forbedre dine brugeroplevelser<\/h2>\n<p>Kort sagt kan du med fordel fokusere p\u00e5 tre ting, hvis du \u00f8nsker at skabe (endnu) bedre brugeroplevelser:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Single Point of Contact (SPOC)<\/h3>\n<p>Med en online serviceportal kan brugere d\u00f8gnet rundt holde \u00f8je med foresp\u00f8rgsler samt anmode og fejlmelde direkte til de relevante serviceafdelinger. Ud fra den feedback som brugerne giver i forbindelse med brugerunders\u00f8gelser, kan I nemt holde portalen opdateret, s\u00e5 den efterlever deres krav.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Optimering af processer<\/h3>\n<p>Kig p\u00e5 dine processer. Er der nogle arbejdsopgaver I kan effektivisere eller automatisere?<\/p>\n<h3>3. Opdateret vidensbase<\/h3>\n<p>En opdateret vidensbase kan v\u00e6re en gamechanger for b\u00e5de dine slutbrugere, men ogs\u00e5 for servicedesk-medarbejdere. I bedste fald kan brugerne finde hj\u00e6lp til selvhj\u00e6lp via serviceportalen. For servicedesken hj\u00e6lper vidensbasen med at sikre, at svarene bliver standardiseret samt at nye medarbejdere hurtigere er oppe at k\u00f8re.<\/p>\n<h2>Dos &amp; don\u2019ts til bedre brugeroplevelser<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Forst\u00e5 dine brugere:<\/strong> Forst\u00e5 hvem dine brugere er, og hvad deres behov og forventninger er. Brug brugerunders\u00f8gelser, interviews og dataanalyse til at indsamle information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00f8rg for brugervenlighed:<\/strong> G\u00f8r din gr\u00e6nseflade s\u00e5 intuitiv som mulig. Brugere b\u00f8r nemt kunne navigere og udf\u00f8re opgaver uden forvirring.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsiv design:<\/strong> S\u00f8rg for, at din service fungerer godt p\u00e5 forskellige sk\u00e6rmst\u00f8rrelser og enheder, is\u00e6r mobiltelefoner.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u00f8bende feedback:<\/strong> Indsaml regelm\u00e6ssigt feedback fra brugere og brug det til at foretage forbedringer. Dette kan omfatte b\u00e5de positiv og negativ feedback.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Test brugeroplevelsen:<\/strong> Udf\u00f8r brugertests for at identificere problematiske omr\u00e5der og forbedringsmuligheder. Brugertests kan afsl\u00f8re udfordringer, som du m\u00e5ske har overset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Don\u2019ts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For h\u00f8j kompleksitet i brugergr\u00e6nseflade:<\/strong> Hold brugergr\u00e6nsefladen enkel og overskuelig.
