AI-applikationer er begyndt at f\u00e5 en reel indflydelse<\/h2>\n<p>Enhver trendanalytiker med respekt for sig selv b\u00f8r inkludere AI p\u00e5 sin liste i en eller anden form. S\u00e5 hvilken indvirkning f\u00e5r AI p\u00e5 ITSM?<\/p>\n<p>For det f\u00f8rste forventer it-professionelle, at ITSM-leverand\u00f8rerne inkluderer en eller anden form for AI-applikation i deres l\u00f8sninger. Det er den nye norm. Det kan v\u00e6re via indbyggede funktioner eller partnerl\u00f8sninger. T\u00e6nk p\u00e5 automatisk kategorisering og routing af opkald til det rigtige team baseret opkaldets \u2019problembeskrivelse\u2019. Eller brug af ChatGPT til automatisk at udfylde tekstfelter i incident-kortet. Disse felter skal naturligvis stadig gennemg\u00e5s og redigeres af en ekspert &#8211; men det er stadig hurtigere end at skrive en l\u00f8sning fra bunden.<\/p>\n<p>Et andet skift er, at AI-applikationer g\u00e5r fra at v\u00e6re &#8220;fine, men ret ubrugelige&#8221; til at v\u00e6re nyttige. Chatbots plejede at v\u00e6re enheder, der aldrig rigtig fungerede, som man \u00f8nskede. De frustrerede de kunder, der skulle bruge dem, i stedet for at hj\u00e6lpe servicedesk-medarbejdere med at spare tid. Og det er netop denne type administrativt arbejde, der forventes at blive automatiseret af AI i de kommende \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<h2>2. \u00d8gede krav til brugeroplevelsen<\/h2>\n<p>It-teams vil m\u00f8de stigende forventninger til den software, de leverer til deres kolleger. Naturligvis skal denne software v\u00e6re nem at bruge &#8211; det er ikke noget nyt. Men der er et par udviklinger, der g\u00f8r dette mere presserende i de kommende \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>For det f\u00f8rste bliver apps til privat brug bedre for hvert \u00e5r. De giver alle en gnidningsfri brugeroplevelse. Og dine kunder forventer ogs\u00e5 en lignende oplevelse, n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder deres forretningssoftware. Hvis du ikke lever op til disse forventninger, er der stor sandsynlighed for, at dine kolleger bruger det seneste gratis planl\u00e6gningsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j, de kan downloade p\u00e5 20 sekunder, i stedet for det, du omhyggeligt har udvalgt til din virksomhed.<\/p>\n<p>Derudover er det at opfylde tilg\u00e6ngelighedsstandarder en stadig vigtige ambition for mange organisationer. I stedet for at fokusere meget p\u00e5 processer, som i ITIL v3, fokuserer ITIL 4 p\u00e5 at skabe v\u00e6rdi for dine kunder.
