Her er 5 almindelige ITSM-udfordringer, som servicedesks st\u00e5r overfor &#8211; og hvordan du kan tackle dem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>ITSM-udfordring 1: Dine processer er ikke ensartet<\/h2>\n<p>Dine servicedesks operat\u00f8rer arbejder d\u00f8gnet rundt for at behandle og l\u00f8se sager, n\u00e5r de kommer ind. Hvad er problemet? Der er ingen ensartethed i, hvordan I l\u00f8ser problemer og ingen dokumenterede processer. I opfinder derfor den dybe tallerken, hver gang en sag bliver logget. Og operat\u00f8rerne er overv\u00e6ldede og risikerer at blive stresset. Det er en \u00e6gte \u2019taber\u2019 situation.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u00f8sningen: Automatiser dine services &#8211; og hold dem i gang<\/h3>\n<p>Hvis din servicedesk h\u00e5ndterer for mange foresp\u00f8rgsler, b\u00f8r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/blog\/hvad-er-service-automation\/\">service automation<\/a> v\u00e6re det f\u00f8rste p\u00e5 to-do-listen. Ved at lade automatiseringen tage sig af enkle, gentagne anmodninger, s\u00e5som nulstilling af adgangskoder, frigiver du tiden for dine servicedesk operat\u00f8rer.
