Der er nemlig flere forskellige krav, som du skal efterleve for at styrke cybersikkerheden. I dette blogindl\u00e6g vil jeg derfor pr\u00f8ve at g\u00f8re dig klogere p\u00e5, hvordan du bedst muligt kan komme i gang med at arbejde med NIS 2 i TOPdesk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Hvad betyder NIS 2-direktivet for din organisation?<\/h2>\n<p>NIS 2-direktivet er en vigtig del af EU&#8217;s strategi for at forbedre cybersikkerheden i Europa. Det kr\u00e6ver, at organisationer inden for de <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=CELEX:32022L2555#d1e32-143-1\">kritiske sektorer<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=CELEX:32022L2555#d1e32-148-1\">se ogs\u00e5 andre kirtiske sektorer)<\/a> implementerer strenge sikkerhedsforanstaltninger for at beskytte deres netv\u00e6rks- og informationssystemer mod cybertrusler. Men selv om EU kom med deres <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/blog\/klar-til-nis-2\/\">NIS 2-forordning<\/a> i efter\u00e5ret 2024, afventer vi i Danmark stadig at lovgivningen tr\u00e6der i kraft. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.dk\/samling\/20241\/lovforslag\/l141\/index.htm\">Det f\u00f8rste lovforslag blev fremsat i februar 2025,<\/a> og det forventes at v\u00e6re implementeret i lovgivningen den 1. juli 2025. Du har dermed en vigtig deadline for, hvorn\u00e5r du skal have styr p\u00e5 dine cybersikkerhedsprocesser.<\/p>\n<h2>5 trin til at implementere NIS 2 i TOPdesk<\/h2>\n<p>I TOPdesk er der flere forskellige muligheder for at integrere NIS 2-kravene i din daglige drift. Her er 5 trin, som kan hj\u00e6lpe dig i gang med at opfylde NIS 2-direktivet:<\/p>\n<h3>Trin 1: Vurdering af din nuv\u00e6rende cybersikkerhed<\/h3>\n<p>Det f\u00f8rste skridt er at evaluere hele (eller dele) af din organisations nuv\u00e6rende cybersikkerhedsstatus, alt efter hvor meget der ligger inden for NIS 2-kravene. Det samme g\u00f8r sig g\u00e6ldende, hvis du er underlagt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eiopa.europa.eu\/digital-operational-resilience-act-dora_en\">DORA<\/a>. Det kan g\u00f8res ved at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gennemf\u00f8re en omfattende sikkerhedsrevision for at identificere potentielle svagheder<\/li>\n<li>Analysere eksisterende sikkerhedsforanstaltninger, beredskabsplaner og politikker for at sikre, at de er i overensstemmelse med NIS 2-kravene<\/li>\n<li>Samle data om tidligere sikkerhedsh\u00e6ndelser for at forst\u00e5, hvilke omr\u00e5der der kr\u00e6ver forbedring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trin 2: Identifikation af kritiske assets<\/h3>\n<p>Et centralt aspekt af NIS 2 er at identificere og beskytte kritiske assets. I TOPdesk kan du g\u00f8re f\u00f8lgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opret en detaljeret liste over alle assets, der er afg\u00f8rende for din organisations drift i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/features\/asset-management-software\/\">TOPdesk Asset Management<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Priorit\u00e9r assets baseret p\u00e5 deres betydning, risiko for cyberangreb og hvilke potentielle skader det kan medf\u00f8re, at et asset bliver kompromitteret<\/li>\n<li>Arbejder du med <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/da\/blog\/itsm-og-cybersikkerhed\">Risk Management?<\/a> S\u00e5 skal du linke assets til \u00e9n eller flere risici, som du har identificeret for det p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende asset<\/li>\n<li>Sikr at alle kritiske assets er dokumenteret og overv\u00e5get i TOPdesk. Tildel evt. assets til en ansvarlig\/systemejer som har sikkerhedsansvaret for disse assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trin 3: Implementering af sikkerhedsforanstaltninger<\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e5r du har identificeret dine kritiske assets, er n\u00e6ste skridt at implementere de n\u00f8dvendige sikkerhedsforanstaltninger. Husk, at NIS 2 omfatter b\u00e5de det organisatoriske og driftsm\u00e6ssige. Det kan omfatte (ogs\u00e5 for <a href=\"https:\/\/digst.dk\/it-loesninger\/standarder\/nsis\/\">NSIS<\/a> og DORA):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ops\u00e6tning af avancerede sikkerhedsforanstaltninger s\u00e5som firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS) og antivirussoftware<\/li>\n<li>Implementering af regelm\u00e6ssige sikkerhedsopdateringer og patches. Ops\u00e6t nemt dette i TOPdesk Operation Management (driftsh\u00e5ndtering)<\/li>\n<li>Uddannelse af medarbejdere i best practices inden for cybersikkerhed. Husk, at du kan oprette p\u00e5mindelser om uddannelse af nye medarbejdere i dit Operation Management. Og de tidligere Operational Activities driftsaktiviteter kan desuden udg\u00f8re dokumentation for udf\u00f8rsel af regelm\u00e6ssige foranstaltninger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trin 4: Oprettelse af rapporteringsprocesser<\/h3>\n<p>Effektiv rapportering er afg\u00f8rende for at opfylde NIS 2-direktivet. I TOPdesk kan du ops\u00e6tte rapporteringsprocesser ved at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oprette automatiserede rapporter (standard funktionalitet i TOPdesk), der dokumenterer sikkerhedsh\u00e6ndelser og deres afd\u00e6kning. Det kan f.eks. v\u00e6re et \u00e5rshjul, der viser de kommende 12 m\u00e5neder aktiviteter; \u00a0hvor mange \u2019tjek\u2019 der skal udf\u00f8res hver m\u00e5ned, hvor mange der er udf\u00f8rt i denne m\u00e5ned eller i hvor mange h\u00e6ndelser, der er fundet et muligt problem<\/li>\n<li>Sikre, at alle relevante parter modtager rapporterne og kan handle p\u00e5 dem. Rapporter kan sendes automatisk fra TOPdesk til den sikkerhedsansvarlige via mail, s\u00e5 vedkommende l\u00f8bende informeres om sikkerhedstilstanden<\/li>\n<li>Oprette en klar kommunikationsplan for h\u00e5ndtering af sikkerhedsh\u00e6ndelser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Trin 5: Overv\u00e5gning og kontinuerlig forbedring<\/h3>\n<p>Cybersikkerhed er en kontinuerlig proces. For at sikre, at din organisation altid er opdateret, skal du:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u00f8bende overv\u00e5ge dine sikkerhedsforanstaltninger og opdatere dem efter behov. Dette kan med fordel ogs\u00e5 implementeres i Operation Management. Ligesom der kan v\u00e6re krav om regelm\u00e6ssige tjek af assets m.m., er der ligeledes krav om regelm\u00e6ssige revurderinger af selve processen &#8211; typisk \u00e5rligt<\/li>\n<li>Gennemf\u00f8re regelm\u00e6ssige sikkerhedsrevisioner for at identificere nye cybertrusler<\/li>\n<li>Involvere ledelsen i cybersikkerhedsprocesserne for at sikre, at du har den rette st\u00f8tte p\u00e5 alle niveauer i organisationen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Kort fortalt<\/h2>\n<p>Hvis du skal efterleve NIS 2-direktivet, kr\u00e6ver det en proaktiv tilgang til cybersikkerhed.
