Her spiller et Change Advisory Board (CAB) en central rolle: Det sikrer, at \u00e6ndringer gennemf\u00f8res kontrolleret, sikkert og i overensstemmelse med g\u00e6ldende lovgivning.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I dette blogindl\u00e6g vil jeg g\u00f8re dig klogere p\u00e5, hvordan du kan ops\u00e6tte og bruge et CAB i TOPdesk for at underst\u00f8tte implementeringen af nye systemer i overensstemmelse med NIS 2.<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00e5dan ops\u00e6tter du et CAB i TOPdesk<\/h2>\n<p>De fleste organisationer har allerede et CAB, hvor beslutninger om et fremtidigt system diskuteres mellem de forskellige parter, og hvor beslutningerne m\u00e5ske noteres i et m\u00f8dereferat. For at etablere et effektivt CAB i TOPdesk, kan du oprette en Change-proces for at give struktur og sikre opsamling af analyser, vurderinger og anbefalinger fra interessenterne.<\/p>\n<h3>Trin-for-trin guide<\/h3>\n<h4>1.Definer CAB&#8217;s rolle og ansvar<\/h4>\n<p>Bestem, hvilke opgaver og ansvar CAB skal have i forhold til evaluering og godkendelse af \u00e6ndringer &#8211; eks. datasikkerhed (GDPR), stabil drift, og vurdering af om nye funktionaliteter allerede findes i eksisterende systemer.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Sammens\u00e6t det rette team<\/h4>\n<p>Udpeg medlemmer fra relevante afdelinger: IT-drift, sikkerhed, jura, ledelse og evt. lokale systemejere. Det sikrer, at beslutninger tr\u00e6ffes med det n\u00f8dvendige tv\u00e6rfaglige overblik.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Integrer CAB-processen i TOPdesk<\/h4>\n<p>Brug Change featuren til at strukturere processen. Du kan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starte med at dokumentere behovet for det nye system.<\/li>\n<li>Oprette godkendelsesaktiviteter fordelt p\u00e5 relevante interessentgrupper: it-drift, juridisk afdeling, sikkerhed mv.<\/li>\n<li>Dokumentere change-anmodninger, analyser og vurderinger direkte i sagen \u2013 s\u00e5 hele beslutningsgrundlaget er samlet \u00e9t sted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e5r CAB godkender \u00e6ndringen, kan du forts\u00e6tte med en standard change-proces til selve implementeringen.<\/p>\n<p>Med denne struktur har du en fuldt dokumenteret proces, som samtidig g\u00f8r det muligt at implementere n\u00f8dvendige cybersikkerheds- og driftsforanstaltninger undervejs \u2013 i tr\u00e5d med NIS 2-kravene.<\/p>\n<h2>Kort fortalt<\/h2>\n<p>Et effektivt CAB er afg\u00f8rende for at sikre en sikker og vellykket implementering af nye systemer.
