To understand why we do what we do, let\u2019s go back to the start: the idea for TOPdesk was born<\/a> when our founders Wolter Smit and Frank Droogsma were students working at a small IT business. They saw a lot of things happening that could be done more efficiently using ITSM software<\/a>.<\/p>\n
