Voici quatre questions \u00e0 se poser au pr\u00e9alable pour faciliter la mise en \u0153uvre de ce processus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>1. Qu&#8217;est-ce qu&#8217;un changement pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le lancement d&#8217;un projet de gestion des changements peut donner lieu \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Tout le monde ne partage pas la m\u00eame conception d&#8217;un changement et de la mani\u00e8re de le r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n<p>Si le concept de changement n&#8217;est pas clair pour tout le monde d\u00e8s le 1er jour \u2013 ou, pire, s&#8217;il y a des divergences d&#8217;opinion \u2013, le projet risque d&#8217;embl\u00e9e de ne pas faire long feu. D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union, v\u00e9rifiez si tout le monde sait en quoi consiste un changement.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9finitions contenues dans l&#8217;outil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/fr\/blog\/gestion-des-problemes-itil4\/\">ITIL<\/a> \u00e0 propos de ce processus conviennent, mais peuvent donner lieu \u00e0 des interpr\u00e9tations divergentes. En outre, tout le monde n&#8217;est pas aussi bien inform\u00e9 au sujet d&#8217;ITIL et de la gestion des changements.<\/p>\n<p>Un changement consiste en une activit\u00e9 visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;infrastructure informatique de votre organisation.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Pourquoi ce changement est-il n\u00e9cessaire ?<\/h2>\n<p>Avant de vous lancer dans un projet impliquant un changement, demandez-vous toujours pourquoi ce changement sp\u00e9cifique est n\u00e9cessaire. Si vous n&#8217;avez pas de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question, les chances de r\u00e9ussite sont faibles.<\/p>\n<p>Assurez-vous que votre projet comporte toujours un objectif. Il est possible que vous souhaitiez mettre en \u0153uvre un processus de changement pour tout ce qui ne concerne pas les incidents afin de pouvoir enregistrer tout votre travail et de prouver votre valeur ajout\u00e9e. Un autre processus a peut-\u00eatre justement pour but d&#8217;emp\u00eacher les incidents. Veillez \u00e0 ce que votre objectif soit clair.<\/p>\n<p>Vous en avez \u00e9galement besoin pour r\u00e9pondre correctement aux objections formul\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;encontre de votre projet.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Que doit nous apporter ce processus ?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9vitez un flux interminable d&#8217;informations inutiles en \u00e9non\u00e7ant \u00e9galement les objectifs ad\u00e9quats sur le plan pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Voici un exemple : vous aimeriez que les demandes de changement vous parviennent d\u00e9sormais par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire de formulaires ? Concevez alors vos formulaires de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les utilisateurs n&#8217;y entrent que les informations qui vous sont vraiment n\u00e9cessaires. Sommes-nous d&#8217;accord sur le processus ?<\/h2>\n<p>Une implication \u00e0 mi-parcours dans un projet de changement limite votre connaissance des tenants et aboutissants du projet. C&#8217;est normal. Par contre, ce qui est probl\u00e9matique, c&#8217;est si les autres membres de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe ne comprennent pas ce qu&#8217;ils sont en train de faire.<\/p>\n<p>Assurez-vous d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part que tout le monde est et reste sur la m\u00eame longueur d&#8217;onde. Tenez-vous-en au maximum \u00e0 votre plan et informez toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es si vous devez malgr\u00e9 tout changer de direction.<\/p>\n<p>Une bonne planification, une documentation claire et \u00e9videmment une bonne gestion changent bien des choses. Le gestionnaire des changements doit veiller \u00e0 ce que toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans le projet sachent ce qui se passe.
