N\u00e9zz\u00fck \u00e1t a KPI-okat: a klasszikusokat, n\u00e9h\u00e1ny \u00fajat \u00e9s n\u00e9h\u00e1ny bev\u00e1lt gyakorlatot.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f3kusz\u00e1ld a KPI-okat<\/h2>\n<p> Mely KPI-ok a legmegfelel\u0151bbek arra, hogy nyomon k\u00f6vesd az incidensmenedzsmentben el\u00e9rt sikereket?
