Azonban az incidensek eszkal\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak folyamat\u00e1t meg\u00e9rteni rendk\u00edv\u00fcl fontos, mert \u00edgy sokkal kisebb az es\u00e9lye annak, hogy belekavarodjunk az incidensmenedzsment folyamat\u00e1ba.<\/p>\n<h2>Meg lehet r\u00f6gt\u00f6n jav\u00edtani?<\/h2>\n<p> Els\u0151 l\u00e9p\u00e9sk\u00e9nt tedd fel magadnak azt az egyszer\u0171 k\u00e9rd\u00e9st: \u201eMeg tudom ezt oldani?\u201d.
