{"id":18289,"date":"2023-02-10T15:56:39","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T14:56:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/hu\/?p=18289"},"modified":"2024-09-11T12:10:31","modified_gmt":"2024-09-11T10:10:31","slug":"itil-keretrendszer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/hu\/blog\/itil-keretrendszer\/","title":{"rendered":"Mi\u00e9rt \u00e9rdemes az ITIL-t keretrendszerk\u00e9nt haszn\u00e1lni?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Amikor olyan szervezetekhez megyek, amelyeknek seg\u00edts\u00e9gre van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fck a folyamataik jav\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban, szinte mindig ugyanazt mondom: &#8220;Ne haszn\u00e1ld a keretrendszereket \u00fagy, mintha szab\u00e1lyok lenn\u00e9nek.&#8221; Ezt \u00e9rdemes megism\u00e9telni.<\/p>\n<p>Gyakran l\u00e1tom, hogy amikor a c\u00e9gek olyan keretrendszereket haszn\u00e1lnak a folyamataikhoz, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul az ITIL, t\u00fals\u00e1gosan ragaszkodnak az ir\u00e1nyelvekhez, \u00e9s nem foglalkoznak el\u00e9gg\u00e9 azzal, hogy val\u00f3j\u00e1ban hogyan m\u0171k\u00f6dik a saj\u00e1t szervezet\u00fck.<\/p>\n<p>Sokszor hallom: &#8220;De az ITIL nem \u00edgy csin\u00e1lja, ugye?&#8221;. \u00c9s gyakran igazuk is van. Az \u00fcgyf\u00e9lszolg\u00e1latnak id\u0151ben kell kezelnie a h\u00edv\u00e1sokat, k\u00f6vetkezetesen kommunik\u00e1lni, \u00e9s nyomon kell k\u00f6vetnie az \u00fcgyfelek el\u00e9gedetts\u00e9g\u00e9t \u2013 \u00e9s m\u00e9g sok m\u00e1st. Ezek szuper alapok lehetnek egy \u00fcgyf\u00e9lszolg\u00e1lat m\u0171k\u00f6dtet\u00e9s\u00e9hez.<\/p>\n<p>De k\u00e9pzeld el, hogy az \u00fcgyf\u00e9lszolg\u00e1lat csak egyetlen emberb\u0151l \u00e1ll. Nem lenne ink\u00e1bb kontraprodukt\u00edv er\u0151ltetni ezeket a folyamatokat?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nincs k\u00e9t egyforma szervezet, mi\u00e9rt kellene teh\u00e1t a folyamatoknak is egyform\u00e1nak lenni\u00fck?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>&#8230; ez\u00e9rt haszn\u00e1ld \u0151ket rugalmasan<\/h3>\n<p>A l\u00e9nyeg az, hogy egy kis j\u00f3zan \u00e9szt kell alkalmazni, amikor a keretrendszerek aj\u00e1nl\u00e1sait n\u00e9zz\u00fck. Ez\u00e9rt h\u00edvj\u00e1k \u0151ket keretrendszereknek, \u00e9s nem szab\u00e1lyrendszereknek.
