New TOPdesk 5 release for On Premises customers

On 29 March 2017 we released the latest TOPdesk 5. The service release 5.7.SR6 contains multiple performance and security fixes.

TOPdesk customers can download this version in knowledge item KI 8766. You can find the release documentation on our extranet. The known errors of this version are described in knowledge item KI 4795.

If you are using TOPdesk 5 and you want to upgrade to the latest version of TOPdesk, instead of the most recent release of TOPdesk 5, please contact your account manager or our Sales department.
