Maar hoe zorg je ervoor dat er fijn gewerkt kan worden met je kennissysteem?<\/p>\n<p>Eenvoudig kunnen zoeken in het kennissysteem zorgt ervoor dat behandelaars \u00e9n eindgebruikers snel vinden wat ze nodig hebben. Dit verlaagt de werkdruk voor de servicedesk en zorgt ook nog eens voor\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.topdesk.com\/nl\/blog\/shift-left-itsm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shift left<\/a>. Bovendien wordt je team hechter als ze met zijn allen aan kennisitems werken.<\/p>\n<p>Maar hoe zorg je ervoor dat je behandelaars en eindgebruikers fijn kunnen werken met je kennissysteem? Het zit hem deels in de structuur, maar ook in hoe je de informatie opschrijft en presenteert.
