Creating a Customer-Centric Service Desk: TOPdesk UK 2021 New Customer Days

TOPdesk UK’s first New Customer Day’s of 2021 are to focus on ‘creating a customer-centric service desk’.

There will be two events, respectively on Tuesday 16th February 2021 and Thursday 18th February 2021. Both will be held virtually in line with current national restrictions.

The days will compromise of:

  • A deep dive into the theory of customer centricity
  • An interactive workshop
  • Tips for applying what’s been discussed to TOPdesk.

New Customer Day’s are designed to welcome new TOPdesk users to the platform and provide them with actionable tips and tricks for getting the most out of the TOPdesk environment.
