TOPdesk in Capterra’s top 20 maintenance management solutions

TOPdesk has been named one of Capterra’s top 20 most popular maintenance management solutions! We’re especially proud of this result, because actual user reviews played a big part in our ranking.

Capterra is one of the most widely-used online services for software ratings and reviews and helps businesses evaluate software purchase decisions based on unbiased, third-party sources. Capterra currently has over 180 maintenance management solutions listed in its directory of B2B software solutions.

TOPdesk’s user-friendly solution ranked 11th overall on Capterra’s updated top 20 for maintenance management software. From the organizations listed in the top 20, TOPdesk even comes in 2nd when solely looking at TOPdesk user reviews, scoring 49 out of 50 points.

Being recognized for our maintenance management capabilities is in line with TOPdesk’s ESM efforts. TOPdesk was also recently named a “Strong Performer” by independent research firm Forrester. We were profiled as one of the top 15 vendors that “matter most”, as detailed in the report “The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Service Management, Q4 2019.
