TOPdesk explore ‘The Science of Self Service’ at UITSCC&C in Australia

TOPdesk is expanding to Australia in October 2019. Ahead of the companies venture Down Under, UK Head of Consultancy Sumit De is appearing at the University IT Service Strategy & Challenges Conference in Melbourne, Australia.

The conference, which is centred around helping universities deliver effective IT service strategy, is taking place from 18th to 19th of September 2019 at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins.

Sumit will be taking to the stage on day two at 11:30 am to deliver his talk on ‘The Science of Self Service’, which covers customer-centricity, understanding the customer journey, and creating a self-service portal to empower users.

He said: “It may be my first time talking in Australia but the question is the same, how do we break down The Science of Self Service? I’ll be sharing my thoughts.”
