TOPdesk recognized by Gartner in the midsize context of the “Magic Quadrant for IT Service Management Tools”

Gartner’s research helps MSEs (midsized enterprises) make more sense of the complex ITSM vendor landscape and identify the solutions that suit them best. TOPdesk is mentioned among only 9 other vendors: a great achievement.

Gartner names TOPdesk as one of the notable vendors who sell ITSM solutions specifically for MSEs. Users comment on the TOPdesk Lite solution, which is designed specifically for MSEs, as being simple to implement and an easy-to-use, ongoing support model.

Gartner’s research also debunks the myth that our competitors offer out-of-the-box tools that you can implement in days. By way of comparison: according to Gartner, Atlassian Jira takes about 40 days to implement. Freshworks requires 50 to 60 days and SysAid needs 15 to 40 days. Gartner estimates that TOPdesk takes about 10 to 25 days to implement. This means TOPdesk has the lowest implementation timeline of the mentioned vendors.
