TOPdesk listed in 2019 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the customer’: IT service management tools
TOPdesk is pleased to share that we’ve been listed in the 2019 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: IT service management tools report. TOPdesk was one of the 7 vendors listed in this report and ranked highest in ‘willingness to recommend’ and ‘overall rating’.
Based solely on customer experiences, the reviews in this report “give insight into not only how satisfied existing customers are with a vendor’s product, but also their experience in negotiating with the vendor, getting support for the product or service and their overall implementation effort.” To meet all the criteria for the report, vendors must have a rating of over 4.2 and at least 50 reviews. As Gartner says: “Ultimately, the more reviews a vendor receives, the more likely it is that you can trust a summary rating.”
