TOPdesk on Tour returns for 2019

TOPdesk on Tour is back for 2019 and we’ll be taking over our respective UK homes of London and Manchester for a day of workshops, presentations, and networking.

On 2 October at Manchester Hall, Manchester and 16 October at The Home Grown Club, London, TOPdesk customers are invited along to expand their product knowledge and network with like-minded professionals.

This year we’ve noticed ourselves commonly discussing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it will affect the ITSM industry. In light of this, we’ve designed a presentation that investigates the future of AI in Service Management and offers some advice on how to prepare to adopt the AI solutions that are on the horizon.

Also on the agenda is a selection of presentations, workshops, and round tables on topics such as agile and knowledge sharing.
