TOPdesk UK: Update on COVID-19
Whilst the uncertainty of the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has escalated globally, TOPdesk is maintaining its focus on the wellbeing and health of its employees while ensuring its customers feel supported during this challenging time.
As such, TOPdesk is now taking additional steps to ensure the health and safety of its staff.
Travel & working from home
We have advised all employees to avoid business travel unless it is necessary, and every employee can opt-out as they see fit.
All TOPdesk UK colleagues will therefore work remotely as of Monday 16th March until 30th March, at least.
We will continue to monitor the situation and impact to our employees in real-time and will make adjustments as needed.
Continued Customer Support & SaaS
Being a global company, our effective business continuity planning ensures we can continue to deliver our Support function alongside a robust global SaaS operation.
TOPdesk Support is committed to ensuring a high level of service and will continue answering any questions you might have regarding your TOPdesk instance. Should you need to contact them, please phone +44 (0) 207 803 4210.
Similarly, the TOPdesk SaaS services run independently of the TOPdesk office network and all key management actions and monitoring systems are automated. Therefore you can rest assured our SaaS infrastructure will continue to deliver high levels of uptime and ensure your business operations continue to operate effectively.
Should there be further restrictions or enforced home quarantine, our support services will remain unchanged and continue as normal.
TOPdesk follows national health guidelines
TOPdesk follows the guidelines set by both global and local national health institution in all countries in which we operate. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and are prepared to make real-time decisions to implement other measures to support employees and customers.
If you have appointments with TOPdesk employees, these will take place remotely. TOPdesk will contact you to work out a solution together.
