TOPdesk appoints Martin Classen as Chief Product Officer
TOPdesk announced the appointment of Martin Classen as Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this role, Classen will lead the company’s global product strategy, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and long-term customer value.

Technological expertise with a customer focus
Classen brings more than twenty years of experience in product management and technology leadership. Prior to joining TOPdesk, he held senior roles at Enreach, including Chief Product Officer and Managing Director, where he was responsible for shaping product strategy for large-scale software platforms serving millions of users across Europe. His background includes extensive experience in B2B SaaS, applying AI within complex product platforms to support scale, quality, and automation.
