TOPdesk appoints Raymond Hüner as SVP Global Sales

TOPdesk has appointed Raymond Hüner as Senior Vice President (SVP) Global Sales. In this role, he will be responsible for strengthening our global go-to-market strategy and accelerating international growth.

This appointment marks an important step in our ambition to evolve from a strong international player into a true global growth engine in service management.

Building a high-performance global sales organization

Raymond will lead the further development of TOPdesk’s international sales organization, consisting of 150 professionals worldwide. His focus will be on building a high-performance organization where standardization, clear structures, and strong collaboration across regions are central.

Scaling globally requires more than replication. A successful go-to-market strategy cannot simply be copied from one country to another — each market demands its own approach. Striking the right balance between global consistency and local relevance will be key in the next phase of growth.

25+ years of international sales and SaaS leadership

Raymond brings over 25 years of experience in international sales and building high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at global technology companies including IBM and HP, alongside extensive experience in SaaS.

At Freshworks, he served as General Manager Europe for 3.5 years, where he built the European go-to-market strategy from the ground up. Most recently, he spent three years as SVP Head of Regions at fintech company Pleo, leading the continued growth of the European organization.

At TOPdesk, he now applies this expertise on a global scale.
